The Amadou Ly Foundation call for release of asylum seeker from detention.

Abdou Tall, an asylum seeker from Senegal was detained by ICE at Canal Street. After his apprehension, the Amadou Ly Foundation provided commissary funds, filed a habeas petition, worked to locate and inform his community of friends, and gave testimony in front of the City Council denouncing the Canal Street raids.
